Inspection Process
Your technician will come to your home or business at their scheduled appointment time. Upon arrival, they will complete a visual inspection of the interior, exterior and roof. During their visual inspection, they will be scanning the rooms and outside elevations to create a virtual walkthrough. In the event damages have been found, the damages will be photographed and inserted into the virtual tour at the damage location. Once the vistal inspection and virtual tour is created, your technician will complete an infrared inspection of the walls, ceilings and floors. This will assist in locating hidden damages and documenting no hidden damages, this too will be inserted into the virtual tour. Upon completion of the interior and exterior inspections, your roof will be inspected. In the event water penetration is located inside your home, your technician will be able to locate the cause on the roof during the inspection of the roof. You will receive a PDF report of the inspection along with a link to the secure virtual tour of your home or business.
